How I Work
You'll own everything I build, understand every step, and never be locked into me or anyone else.
The walkthrough below is a website build — the most common project. Audits, rescues, apps, and AI work start the same way (free review, then a written proposal), with deliverables shaped to the project.
It starts with the free review.
Tell me about your project — through the Start a free review form or on WhatsApp. No charge, no obligation. We talk through your business, what you need the site to do, and whether we're a good fit. If we're not, I'll say so.
You fill out a project profile.
If we both want to move forward, you complete a short project profile — your goals, your audience, the pages and features you need, and the look you're drawn to. Everything I need to design for you, not from a template.
You approve a proposal; a deposit starts the design.
I send a written proposal with a fixed project price and a clear scope. Design begins with a $300 deposit — credited in full toward your project total when you proceed.
You receive three design directions.
Three distinct homepage mockups — different looks, layouts, and feels — so you're choosing between real options rather than approving the only thing I made. The one you choose becomes the design language for the rest of the site. Need a logo? Add $100 for three concepts (also credited) — and if you don't proceed, they're yours to keep.
You choose one, and we refine it.
You pick the direction you love, and we polish it over two rounds of revisions, included. A "round" is one collected set of feedback, so we make the most of each pass. Want more after that? Additional rounds are $200 each — a flat price, agreed up front, never a meter.
Build, review, launch.
I build the approved design into a fast, responsive, search-ready site. Most sites take two to four weeks from approved design; complex projects six to eight. You review before it goes live — for bugs, typos, and content fixes; new design directions at that stage become a quoted change. We launch when you're happy.
The site is yours — outright.
Your domain is registered in your name. The site, its full source code, and its content belong to you. When we're done, I hand over every login and account, and you walk away holding all of it.
No lock-in, ever.
I build on standard, portable technology — nothing proprietary that traps you. If you ever want to move your site or bring in someone else, you can, with everything you need to do it.
New requests get quoted first.
Anything beyond the proposal — an extra page, a new feature, another language — comes with a price and a timeline you approve before I start. No scope quietly ballooning, no surprise line items.
You choose how hands-on I stay.
Optional month-to-month care plan for updates, backups, and hosting — or run it yourself. Either way every account stays in your name, and I'm just an authorized user you can remove whenever you like.
It's already in writing. Every project starts with a written agreement covering the scope, the price, the payment terms, and how changes are handled — so we both know exactly what we agreed to.
