Hello, I'm Stephen Milden. I started working construction when I was 14. Slowly but steadily I worked my way up from a helper to a project supervisor. I went out on my own in my early twenties. I earned my General Contractor license after passing comprehensive exams in construction methodologies and having my work thoroughly reviewed by government inspectors.

My journey brought me to Ecuador in November 2009 when I started my first project. Since then, I've steadily expanded my crew and only work with subcontractors who have proven they can meet my standards.
